Who we are.

Cred Lead Consultancy is a food and beverage manufacturing consultancy. We work with manufacturers in Kenya and internationally, not only within Kenya.

Our work is organized around six areas: product development and quality, process engineering, facility and utilities design, operations and performance management, supply chain and logistics, and human capital and organizational design.

A typical engagement is either a turnkey project — we work with a client from project inception and feasibility through product and process identification, plant design and layout, equipment and machinery choice, product development, market strategy development, staff role identification and onboarding, installation supervision, commissioning, project commercialization, and continuous-improvement coaching — or engagement at any stage of an existing project, including adoption of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) initiatives.

Rather than lead with client counts or years in the field, we'd rather show you the specifics of how we approach a problem — see what we do, and what we're currently writing about. Our aim is for a client to come out of an engagement able to tap value from their investment efficiently and effectively, positioned for sustainable competitiveness.
